Each home has a simple, secure self check-in process using either a lockbox or smart lock. Full instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival.
We don’t currently offer on-site storage, but we can recommend reliable nearby options depending on the property and your travel plans.
Yes, we take a security deposit for all bookings, which is managed through Stripe.com. The deposit is held as a pending payment, and this authorisation is renewed every 3 days. This means that at times, it may appear as though there are two payments on your bank account; however, one of these will disappear shortly. The hold on the deposit will be released 7 days after your check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of our house rules during your stay.
Yes, we require proof of ID to verify our lead guests’ identity. This is an important step to ensure the safety and security of all our guests. The ID is submitted securely through Stripe, our trusted payment processing partner. Stripe is compliant with industry-standard security protocols, so you can be confident that your personal information is protected throughout the process.
The cleaning fee covers a full professional clean, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, waste removal and a detailed reset of the property. Our aim is to ensure every guest arrives to the same calm, warm and well-prepared space.

No, we do not allow smoking in any of our properties. All of our properties are equipped with smoke alarms to ensure safety. If there is evidence of smoking inside, a £150 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the costs of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition.
